Antes de su sesión

A gentle guide to help you prepare for your session. Your time is a sacred, intentional experience created just for you. These simple guidelines will help you arrive feeling grounded, open, and present.

How to Prepare the Day Of Your Session

1. Hydrate

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hydration supports overall comfort and helps you feel more present during your session.

2. Eat Lightly

Have light, nourishing foods at least 2–3 hours before your session. Avoid heavy or greasy meals, as they can make you feel less comfortable or present.

3. Avoid Alcohol & Recreational Substances

For at least 24 hours before your session. This supports clarity, presence, and a more grounded experience.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to fully relax.
If you tend to get cold, bring a sweater or socks.
For sound baths, soft fabrics and breathable layers are best.

Bring an Intention (Optional)

You don’t need to have the perfect intention — just a feeling or focus is enough.

Some examples:

  • “I want to feel more grounded.”

  • “I want clarity.”

  • “I want to reconnect with myself.”

If you’re unsure, don’t worry — I’ll help you tune in at the beginning of your session.

Preparing Your Mind & Energy

4. Give Yourself a Few Minutes of Quiet Before Arriving

If you can, avoid rushing. A few moments of stillness or slow breathing can help you feel more calm and centered.

5. Limit High-Stress Activities Right Before

Try not to come straight from conflict, rushing, or overstimulation. Arriving calm and unhurried can help you feel more relaxed and present during your session.

6. Come With an Open Heart

You don’t have to know what to expect.
Your only job is to show up exactly as you are.

What NOT to Do Before Your Session

To ensure the best experience:

  • Don’t drink alcohol or take substances

  • Don’t arrive on a full stomach

  • Don’t rush or come in overwhelmed if possible (take a minute in your car to breathe)

  • Don’t schedule something high-stress immediately afterward

If You’re Feeling Emotional or Sensitive

It’s completely okay. Some sessions may bring emotions or insights to the surface. You will be supported in a calm, grounded, and respectful environment.
