What can I expect during a session?

Every session begins with grounding and intention-setting. From there, I use a blend of shamanic practices, sound-based experiences, and intuitive guidance to support relaxation, self-awareness, and intentional presence. You’re invited to rest, observe, and engage at your own pace.

Do I need prior experience with healing, meditation, or energy work?

Not at all. Every session is beginner-friendly and guided with care. You’ll be supported in a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment from start to finish.

How should I prepare for my session?

Come hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and avoid alcohol or heavy food beforehand.
You may set an intention, but it is not required, I will help you with that during the session.

What does a sound bath feel like?

Many people experience relaxation, warmth, subtle sensations, or a meditative state. Everyone’s experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a session.

What is the difference between Shamanic Practices, Limpia, and Cord Cutting?

Shamanic Practices involve guided rituals and intention-based work focused on awareness, grounding, and reflection.
Limpia is a traditional spiritual cleansing practice rooted in ancestral wisdom and cultural tradition.
Cord Cutting is a guided spiritual practice centered on intention-setting, boundaries, and conscious closure.

 

Each offering is different, and all are intended to support personal insight, presence, and spiritual exploration.

How do I know which session to choose?

Trust what you feel drawn to. You can also message me, and I’ll help you explore which session may feel most aligned with your intentions and preferences.

Are these sessions safe if I’m feeling anxious or overwhelmed?

My approach is gentle, grounded, and respectful. You are never pushed into anything, and you’re always encouraged to go at your own pace.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Not yet, all sessions are currently offered in person. Select virtual offerings may be available in the future, and this page will be updated when that becomes available.

What should I wear to my session?

Anything comfortable. For sound-based sessions, comfort is key.

​

What if I fall asleep during my sound bath?

It’s completely normal. Resting or drifting off is a common experience during sound-based sessions.

​

Can I book a session for my child or teen?

Sessions for minors are offered with parental consent. Please reach out directly to discuss details and ensure the session is appropriate.

​

How often should I come for sessions?

Everyone is different. Some people choose to come weekly, some monthly, and others as they feel called or inspired.
