Before Your Session
A gentle guide to help you prepare for your healing experience. Your session is a sacred time created just for you. These simple guidelines will help you arrive feeling grounded, open, and ready to receive the deepest level of healing possible.
How to Prepare the Day Of Your Session

1. Hydrate
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Hydration helps your body receive vibrational work and supports energetic release.

2. Eat Lightly
Have light, nourishing foods at least 2–3 hours before your session.
Avoid heavy or greasy meals — they can make the body feel sluggish during energy work.

3. Avoid Alcohol & Recreational Substances
For at least 24 hours before your session.
This keeps your energy field clear and your intuition open.

What to Wear
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to fully relax.
If you tend to get cold, bring a sweater or socks.
For sound baths, soft fabrics and breathable layers are best.

Bring an Intention (Optional)
You don’t need to have the perfect intention — just a feeling or focus is enough.
Some examples:
-
“I want to release heaviness.”
-
“I want to feel more grounded.”
-
“I want clarity.”
-
“I want to reconnect with myself.”
If you’re unsure, don’t worry — I’ll help you tune in at the beginning of your session.
Preparing Your Mind & Energy

4. Give Yourself a Few Minutes of Quiet Before Arriving
If you can, avoid rushing.
A few moments of stillness or slow breathing helps your energy settle.

5. Limit High-Stress Activities Right Before
Try not to come straight from conflict, rushing, or overstimulation.
Your nervous system receives healing much more deeply when you arrive calm.

6. Come With an Open Heart
You don’t have to know what to expect.
Your only job is to show up exactly as you are.

What NOT to Do Before Your Session
To ensure the best experience:
-
Don’t drink alcohol or take substances
-
Don’t arrive on a full stomach
-
Don’t rush or come in overwhelmed if possible (take a minute in your car to breathe)
-
Don’t schedule something high-stress immediately afterward

If You’re Feeling Emotional or Sensitive
It’s completely okay.
Energy sessions often bring feelings to the surface — this is part of the healing process.
You will be held in a safe, grounded, and trauma-sensitive space.
