Private & Group Sound Bath Healing

Private and Group Sound Baths are immersive sound-based ceremonial experiences using bowls, gongs, and other instruments to support deep relaxation, presence, and inner awareness.

These sessions are offered as intentional spaces to slow down, rest, and allow sound to guide you into a meditative and reflective state — either one-on-one or in a shared group setting.

A Unique Blend of Shamanic & Sound Healing

How Shamanic Energy Moves Through the Sound

These sound baths are not simply background music or passive listening experiences.

Through my Andean shamanic training, sound is approached as a ceremonial transmission played with intention, prayer, and presence.

Each session works with:

  • Singing bowls, gongs, and percussion

  • Rhythm, tone, and resonance

  • Intention-setting before and during the session

Sound is used as a guide, inviting awareness, reflection, and connection rather than forcing change.

What You’ll Experience

A sound bath is a resting, receptive experience that may include:

  • Lying comfortably while sound is played around and near you

  • Periods of deep stillness, meditation, or drifting awareness

  • Sensations such as warmth, vibration, emotional release, or spaciousness

  • Shifts in attention as sound moves through different tones and rhythms

  • Time at the end to rest and integrate

Many people describe feeling calmer, clearer, or more grounded afterward, though each experience is unique.

How Your Sound Bath Session Works?

Each session begins with grounding and intention-setting.

During the sound bath:

  • Bowls, gongs, and instruments are played in waves and layers

  • Sound may be played close to or around the body (without touch)

  • Rhythm and pacing shift intuitively throughout the session

  • Silence is intentionally woven in between sound

The session closes with grounding and quiet integration before transitioning back.

Private Sound Bath

A Journey Through Frequency

A Private Sound Bath is a one-on-one sound experience guided specifically for you.

This option may be ideal if you’re looking for:

  • A quieter, more intimate environment

  • Focused intention or personal themes

  • Deeper immersion without group energy

Private sessions allow space for slower pacing and individualized attention.

Group Sound Bath

A Shared Vibrational Experience for Relaxation & Renewal

A Group Sound Bath is a shared ceremonial experience where sound is offered to a group simultaneously.

These sessions are often chosen for:

  • Friends, families, or couples

  • Small gatherings or celebrations

  • Spiritual circles or group intention-setting

Group sound baths create a collective field of presence, where sound moves through the room and supports shared stillness and connection.

Who These Sessions Are For?

These sessions may resonate with you if you are:

  • Feeling mentally busy or overstimulated

  • Wanting to rest without needing to “do” anything

  • Seeking a meditative or reflective experience

  • Curious about sound as a ceremonial practice

  • Drawn to intentional group or private spaces

No prior meditation or sound experience is needed.

What Makes These Sessions Unique?

What sets these sound baths apart is the ceremonial approach.

  • Sound is played with intention, not performance

  • Silence is honored as part of the experience

  • Sessions are guided intuitively rather than scripted

  • The space is held with respect and presence

This is not about achieving a state, it’s about allowing sound to guide awareness naturally.
