Policies & Guidelines

To ensure every session is safe, respectful, and held with clear energetic boundaries, please review the following policies before booking your session.

Booking & Scheduling

All sessions are offered by appointment only.
You may book directly through my website using the online booking system.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email.

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I hold your healing time specifically for you. To honor both our time:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your session.

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up, will result in the session being forfeited.

No refunds are issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session.

  • If you are late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

  • Full payment is still required for the reserved time.

Refund Policy

All sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so with 24+ hours' notice.

Please book mindfully and intentionally.

Health & Safety

Your safety is sacred. To support a grounded and aligned healing experience:

  • Please notify me of any medical conditions, medications, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to your session.

  • If you are feeling sick (fever, contagious illness, flu symptoms), please reschedule.

  • I reserve the right to decline or reschedule any session that may not be safe for you.

Contraindications for Sound & Energy Work

Sound and energy healing are generally gentle, but certain conditions require caution.

Please consult with your doctor first if you have:

  • A pacemaker or implanted medical device

  • A history of seizures

  • Severe mental health instability

  • Sound sensitivity disorders

  • First-trimester pregnancy

Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge:

  • You come voluntarily and take responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

  • You understand that healing unfolds uniquely for every person.

  • You will communicate openly about any discomfort or concerns during the session.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in sessions — verbally, emotionally, energetically — is held in full confidentiality.

Your privacy is protected.

No Medical Claims

I am not a doctor, therapist, or medical provider. Shamanic energy medicine and sound healing are complementary practices.

These sessions:

  • Do not diagnose

  • Do not replace medical or psychological treatment

  • Do not guarantee outcomes

Always consult your licensed provider for medical or mental-health concerns.

Space & Boundaries

To maintain a sacred and safe healing container:

  • No filming, photos, or recordings during sessions

  • Please silence all devices

  • Energetic boundaries are respected at all times

  • The healing room is a shoes-off, peaceful space

Children & Teens

Energy sessions may be booked for minors with parental consent.

A parent or guardian must remain present for children under 16.
